I agree with everything except for GT....I just dont see that title as a system seller. The only buzz you hear from that game is on message boards and in the gaming community. I have never heard anyone outside of gaming talking about GT, its sales, performance, anything....
But hey thats just my opinion.

Not that I like GT but yes it is a system seller, a quick google search: http://www.totalvideogames.com/news/Gran_Turismo_Sales_Data_7626_4280_0.htm. But yeah I gotta say that GT doesn't make a huge impact like other games do (Guess cause GT is less advertised and so on)
Thats a videogame site, of course they will have the story of the year on the franchise. If you can find me a Fox news or CNN column about GT then I will eat my share of crow and declare GT a system seller...no problem

CNN
(CNN) -- If you were one of those people who couldn't decide whether to shell out your hard-earned dollars on the PlayStation 2 when it was first made available, Polyphony Digital has now made a strong argument for buying the system."
Fair enough, I can admit when Im wrong about the franchise being notable...But next time let the person debating do the work. Also this article was imbedded in a section of CNN the average person wouldnt read. I know all media outlets have their "tech" section, but I dont recall this being on the front page on CNN during its release...I could be wrong but hey, stranger things have happened before...
Game On...
