Great games last gen that have had no sequels this gen yet?

Only one I can think of now is Onimusha. Although I know there are many more. List any you can think of? Also maybe answer just why devs dropped these games if they were so big last gen? :P

Beyond Good and Evil, and Viewtiful Joe. At least they are working on a Beyond Good and Evil sequal now...

Geist I loved the last game and I hope they make a sequal.

I also want a Viewtiful Joe sequal but I want Capcom to let Platinum Games make it since the creator of Viewtiful Joe, Devil May Cry, and Okami works at Platinum Games.

For the most part sequels tend to rot out original games. Sometimes it's best we dont have sequels for every game and focus on new ideas.

altho muramasa was made (and is much better imo) I would have liked to see another odin sphere game.

I would definitely like another Zone of the Enders.
