Great Games This Year You Will Probably Skip?

You dont always get what you want, right? In years like this one where there are too many good games to count, you cant buy every game u want to if u want to have enough money to survive ur monthly bills, haha

So, what games this year do you know u'd probably like but ur gonna give them a skip in the name of a greater good? By skip i mean u may get them in the future maybe, but not when they are first released for sure.

For me, I am probably skipping forza 4, brink, and rage. All three of these look great, but they arent my wallets priorities like mass effect 3 and uncharted 3 are.

killzone 3 and if resistance 3 relases around gears 3 release like last year ill have to skip that and probably rage also to many games man

Bulletstorm, Crysis 2, Portal 2, Resistance 3, Dead Space 2, Killzone 3, Elder Scrolls V, Mass Effect 3, Uncharted 3, Forza 4, CoD 10... I think that's it.

I may get some of them down the road, but I'm not jumping on them at launch.

Im going to skip loads due to lack of fundage :( Not sure which ones though...

Batman and Uncharted might have to wait until christmas

Skyrim, waiting for the inevitable GOTY edition.

so far I skipped on Little Big Planet 2, but I plan on getting it soon, wanted to make sure I had the money for Dead Space 2lamprey263

Probably Killzone 3, Gears of War 3, Resistance 3, so-and-so are the ones I'll skip.

The big three for me this year are U3, ME3, and TESV.

I'm not too sure what I'm skipping this year. There isn't a whole lot I'm interested in. There's still a huge back catalog of games I've missed that I want though, so I'll probably sitll be playing catch up. I didn't get into this gen until two years ago and I'm nowhere near caught up on the existing library. Woe is me.

I'm already behind as I'm waiting on a little free time to pick up LBP2. I might even be picking up KZ3 before then, not sure yet though. I've stopped buying games until I can play them, as it usually saves me a few bucks, plus I get to hear proper feedback from the community well after the honeymoon period.

All that being said, I have a feeling I'll be holding off on a number of games this year until next year.

I also own a phat DS :P I had a 360, then it broke so I got another one, then my my brother took that one with him when he moved, then it broke again. Then he got a PS3 and moved back home, then I went to college shortly after. I might get another 360, but it wont be until MS releases the next gen xbox, and in that case i would hope the next gen xbox is BC so I wouldnt have to buy another 360.

Anyways, I barely have time to play all my Wii and DS games so getting another system would be a waste of money. I do have a laptop with some games too, but I certainly cant play any new PC games.

Probably Killzone 3, that can wait.

I think it will be easier for me to say the games I will get...LBP2,KZ3,UC3..SO I will be missing out on thousands of games this year.

Will be skipping all of the new titles this year. As I do every year.

I wait till the price drops considerably before I even think about a purchase.

My library consists of titles that were released years ago. GTA IV, MGS 4, Uncharted, Resistance, Gears, Bioshock, Mass Effect.......

I don't play regularly enough to drop $60 on the newest title.

Resistance 3 will depend on how far in the red I am after my wedding and honeymoon.

Everything else will be bought 1st or 2nd day:D

Only games I'm planning on picking up are Mass Effect 3, Killzone 3, Uncharted 3, some of the remastered collections for PS3, and Resistance 3.

4. Forza Motorsport 4
5. Homfront
6. just about all the JRPG's
7. everything on the NGP, Wii, 3DS as i don't have nor will i get them any time soon.

the games i am buying though is a huge list still pretty much either mostly on PS3, seconded by PC (i do not have a gaming PC either, it's just a laptop).
