I like the 1UP guys after seeing their show's. But they can be a little arrogant though. There's this one guy that looks about 50 and seems really into his gaming with a lot of knowledge, I'd like to buy that guy a pint.
Problem with hiring young "kids" (early to mid 20's) and giving them anything of importance is that they lack the experience and know-how of journalism. Generally you would end up with some poorly written articles that lack the descriptive power and depth of more experienced writers. Besides, 30 is pretty damn young all things considered.
