That is so amazing. I don't know if I can play GT5 with a normal controller.Wasdie
I don't want too either....after getting the MS racing wheel recently, it's jsut too fun.
[QUOTE="MikeE21286"]G25...is that the $300 wheel?-Montauk-Yeah, it costs $300. There could be another one though?
but....I hope they come out with a cheaper alternative (seeing as how this is the only PS3 racing wheel out right now I think) so that I can enjoy GT5 with racing-wheel-awesomeness but not spend the same amount on a wheel as I did on my Wii :P

Actually I think it's technically made for PC games, but I guess it just works with the PS3. I know what you mean about the cost though... I don't have a Wii but I want one, and I don't have a PS3 either so I would have to get PS3 + Racing Wheel + Plus GT5. Well I wouldn't have to buy it, but I would still have to get it if you know what I mean :P[QUOTE="MikeE21286"][QUOTE="Wasdie"]That is so amazing. The cheaper alternative is probably the Driving Force Pro that's around $100, originally came out for GT4.lol glovestoxicmog
the guy is clearly hardcore so he probaly gets blisters from the leather wheel without them.
Well there's always the new official Gran Tourismo wheel that logitech just unveiled it's like half the price of the G25!
Some info on it here

I can't believe I'm in the minority when it comes to thinking that is money better off spent on games.
More games vs. something that ends up gathering dust in a closet?
I guess I could see getting a wheel for PC but when it comes to console there is no way I'm going to end up humped up over my coffee table, try to keep the thing balenced in my lap or set up a folding card table everytime I want to play a game.
For Pc they are perfect since you are sitting at a desk anyway but it always seemed to me that for console you have to rearrainge your entire life around them.
All your comments are positive about it though so ummm...lesson learned for me.

does GT5 even have a clutch
Anywayz, suppose it's not quite as cool but it's HALF the price!!!
*sigh* Now I'm going to have to buy that wheel too...
I bought the Xbox 360 wheel for Forza 2 and now it seems I'm going to have to shell out $300 for GT5.

The G25 is for PC. PS3 accepts and recognizes standard USB peripherals.

he was just saying goodbyes to the "hunched over the desk argument". Because youre gonna have to be at a desk to use this wheel because the motor is so strong, I should know.*sigh* Now I'm going to have to buy that wheel too...
