PS3 but Xbox 360 has exclusive stuff for GTA IV...navneet21
also programmers seem to have an easier time with the 360, and sometimes gta does get a lil glitchy.
360 atm looks to have the edge with exclusive content.
Ill reserve judgement till both are released for both consoles.... :shock:Magical_Zebra
Agreed.
It's best on the Xbox 360 because of DLC and achievements.dracula_16
I agree on the DLC but the PS3 version could get Trophy support. ;)
I really, REALLY, do not care which version will look better. Because that will probably end up being the onlyreal difference between the two.
Unless there are some unforseen glitches of course.
If your talking about the retail version of the game (no extra content) then PS3 hands down, GTA feels right on the playstation, especially the controlsGarchomPro
Please, tell me how the sixaxis controls improve gameplay.

lmao. im not surprised at the poll right now. everytime someone compares one game to 2 platforms. 360 somehow come out victorious. NuclearFreedom
Maybe it's because of extra content for the 360 version? Or maybe it's just the fact that most 360 games with simultaneous PS3 releases usually get better scores on the 360.

The GTA double pack on xbox got a 9.6...
And also, quotes from the review: "it must be said up front that the Xbox versions of GTAIII and Vice City are the best versions of the game so far"
"The driving control has been revamped to use the Xbox's analog triggers, which works well."
"The Xbox versions simply look and sound better while still playing just as well now as they did back when they were first released, and if you're itching to play either game again, do yourself a favor and play it on the Xbox this time through."
PC, anyone who played GTAs on PC knows that mods make the game even better.muscleserge
Agreed 100%. The draw-distance, the clear graphics and of course the controls that absolutely BLOW away the lockon mechanic the Xbox and PS2 uses IMO(Heck even vehicle controls are slick).

The Double Pack got a 9.6, same as Vice City and GTA 3 for PS2. That it was released later is quite irrelevant. Xbox versions had upgraded graphics, analog triggers for accelerating and braking. Also custom soundtracks. So no, sorry. But the Xbox versions were better and that is a fact. Even says so in Gamespot's little summary.
If you're an Xbox owner who either hasn't played these games or is looking to play them again, the Xbox versions of GTAIII and Vice City are the best ones available. Gamespot
But let's not forget the PC versions. Mods and all that.
