I was real excited about the new GTA but I don't really wanna buy the game for the 360 when I'll be updating to the ps4 soon after that. So my question is: Can I get GTA 5 on release day for the ps4? Or when could I?

Can I get GTA 5 on release day for the ps4? SNel11

No only available for PS3/360 sometime this year - and you need to be level 10 create a thread in System Wars.
