Which ever you blame, it doesn't matter. I just thought about it, if GTA wasn't delayed, would there have been a multiplayer? They could add these new features in because it got pushed back. If not they would have annouced the multiplayer earlier...So the delay wasn't all so bad? Some of these modes are pretty cool, i can't wait for free roam, just 2 more weeks!

EDIT: GUYS! I WASN'T TRYING TO START A WAR OR ANYTHING, I WAS JUST STATING THAT WITHOUT THE DELAY, THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO MULTIPLAYER, MOST OF YOU KNOW THAT. JUST SOME PEOPLE ARE BLAMING DIFFERENT CONSOLES ABOUT THE DELAY!
Blame both!! We all know both versions (PS3/XBOX360) will suck in comparison to the PC and its inevitable that PC version will be superior. Shame that PC gamers have got to wait for the stupid consoles to get there acts right.

Neither are to blame. The game was clearly far from finished when we sw it last summer, when it was due to be released in jsut a couple of months. The graphics wren't up to scratch, and the framerate was bad, it needed a lot more work, and that's what it got.
