GTA IV Delay Press Release possibly indicates new Rockstar IP exclusive to Sony

Everyone is going nuts over GTA IV's delay.

While reading the press release, I noticed something.

Near the end, there is a section called product pipeline.

It states that LA Noir is PS3 only.

Could this be the exclusive franchise Sony was talking about? Or do you guys think it could be something else?
