Took these myself, and thought it'd be fun to share. Added comments beneath the screens.

"We're all looking for that 'special someone.'"
Niko in the kitchen, 'bout to cook up some dinner. Small details: vegetables laying around, pots and pans hanging on the walls. Note that there will be no load times when traversing between interiors and exteriors in GTA IV.
Bustin' in. Wood chips on the door splinter off as Niko kicks it in. This hints at object-specific environmental damage (i.e. wood will splinter like wood, metal will bend like metal).
Nice lighting on the helicopter
Cop character models seem more diverse this time. Their uniforms are also more detailed.
New character?
Niko about to taste the box cutter
lol @ the dude getting his *** kicked in the garbage can
Notice how Niko's eyes scan back and forth as he walks down the street. This level of detail would have been very difficult to implement in last gen GTA's.
Check out the sparks and vehicular damage as the car gets ripped up. Bullets leave holes on car exteriors this time.
Looks like an AK47 to me. You can barely make out the curved clip.
I don't know where you're going dude, but it's a long way down...
Hanging off rear bumpers and helicopters? Crazy. I wonder if this is just a cut-scene or if it will be an in-game mechanic.
Shakin' up some pansy. Notice the skin's glow as the sun radiates onto it.
Another close-up
Bullet damage on the windshield. Does this shot hint at an in-car dash view a la PGR3?
Sweet ride 8)
Notice the detail of the car's brand located on the front. Note also the changes in color tone from the previous shots.
Bike helmets = 8) The bike itself looks like an updated model of the PCJ from Vice City
The diving-out-of-the-car mechanic will make a comeback.
Apparently gas stations will explode if you ram into them this time around.
The iPhone? Rockstar has said that in GTA IV, you will be taking more control over your mission choices. Instead of going to people and receiving calls all the time, you will be calling them.
