but im asking people went on the hub bub about how amazing GTA4 was going to be and how MS shelled out millions, its been almost a full year and im asking people if they still are as excited as they are.

Not me. Coming from a guy who loved all the last gen GTA's enough to make "Carl Johnson" my screen name... I can honestly say I'm not so crazy about the current gen's GTA at all. I'm looking forward to the next installment in hopes it'll be more like the GTAs I loved in the past... but I'm not excited about an expansion pack to IV.
I could never finish the main game I was so bored, I doubt a few bikers screaming about getting a bike back and making a ruckus in an alley way will change my mind again.. :lol: And I really tried too like this game, vice city and sanandreas are two of my favorite games of all time..

Not to mention, you'll have to download it. I dont have the HDD space for my 360. I have a 20 GB with only 5 or 6 GBs left, and I'm not about to drop another $100 or whatever they charge for on a 60 GB or $150 or whatever on a 120 GB.

This is new content though, not old content ported. Well yeah, but the guy that started the thread started it to criticize people that were/are excited for it. My point was, why, when cows sit there and hype Bioshock that's a year late, or hermits hype mass effect 6 months late. Dont know why I ask though, I know the answer.

I saw GTA IV was Time Magazine's GOTY. I thought they hated that game cause it teaches kids to grow up and jack cars. Time is contributing to the degeneration of our society, then makes money writing about it!

When I replayed it I noticed them mentioning Johnny, but I don't remember seeing him. The Lost were mentioned several times though. (Wait, was Johnny the one that helped out with the drug deal that went bad?)
No, the game was so bland and boring compared to vice city. It was also waaaay too easy and the characters were annoying. I still can't believe that the game got a 10 here.
I sold GTAIV a while back. It was great game but dissapointing... If the expansion came as a stand alone I might look into it, but I have too many games to play anyway

If it was a competition to make an even more glitchy San Andreas, maybe. more like 'if it was a competition to make a more fun game' then saints row 2 DEFINITELY pwns GTA4
