Guacamelee GAMESPOT REVIEW 9.0 AAA FOR VITA BABY (and PS3 Cross-Buy, Play)

Guacamelee! is so full of personality and challenging gameplay that it's a shame it ever has to end.

The Good

• Charming characters and dialogue   
• Flashy and nuanced hand-to-hand combat  
• Fantastic use of color   
• Great balance of comedy and drama.

The Bad

• Co-op play is underutilized   
• Mildly repetitive enemy designs and encounters.

We've been over this before Casharmy.  Nothing you say or do will change the fact that there are less retail Playstation 3 titles than there are 360 titles.  

If the argument is not about exclusives that are only playable on a specific system then you don't get to choose with playable games on the system count.  

But, yes, there are less retail PS3 exclusives than there are for 360...never said there wasn't but that point really doesn't amount to anything really :wink: PS2 wasn't considered better than xbox and gamecube JUST because it had MORE exclusives.

no need to lower the standared of quality to rely on AAE or AE games to gain an auto win over the other systems just because it had more overall games than xbox or GC like lemmings feel the need to do for 360 in  order to arguements for the system

I have a PS3 and this is where i would get this game, if i ever wanted to get a game called "Guacamole" LOL

Obviously i want a game called Flying Fairy, since fairy tale worlds is the thing i mostly like in gaming (Fable, Zelda, Dark Souls, FF9, Lost Odyssey etc)

I dont see what Guacamole (strange American green sauce) has to do with that LOL and how this is similar in any way

Yeah your right, I should have said IMO. Is there a demo for this game, I'll try it out first and see for myself.

And no I don't believe there is a demo for the game, unfortunately.

Wasn't going to buy anymore PSN games (Unless their REALLY GOOD) waiting for them to become free on PS+ but this is a game Ill throw my money towards the developer looks so awesome great reviews for it.

i love crossbuy and i love metrovania type games. win win for me.

Sony should make devs have demos for all PSN games. MS does on XBLA games.
