...since GH3.The true, hardcore guitar hero fans, not the casual players.Just look at the setlist.GHWT was such a dissappointment after GH3 in terms of setlist and challenge. The made the setlist for casual players to fly through, and included too much pop. GH5...well I can say the same. Very easy songs on disk, and like GHWT, dissappointing DLC (most of it)

Well now that the music game craze is over, I expect Rock Band 3 to sell more the GH WoR even though both won't have as good sales as they used to.

I think RB3 is going down the GH5 route of "Oh this is a good/popular song let's put it in there without actually thinking wether it will be a challenge/fun to play!" Nobody want's to play the same chord for 5 minutes in real life let alone on a plastic instrument.

tbh the least amount of chords needed to make a song is actually 3 and some of the simplest music is actually the most fun to play.I still love bouncing bout with my bass at practice to the likes of My Friends over you and Blitzkreig bop.

Rock band has always been and always will be better than GH. GH's production, and development have always been so incredible sloppy. RB has always been sharp, and well executed. I also like how RB is targeted more towards the an adult crowd, but still caters to the younger fans.

You have to sit and wonder if there's hope for mankind when some forum dwellers talk about "casual" and "hardcore" SONG LISTS.

GUITAR HERO: T3H L33T HARDCORE EDITION. Play solos by YNGWIE MALMSTEEN and TREY AZAGTHOTH* on your little plastic guitar all the time.

*Hidden unlockable songs by Coroner and Necrophagist.

Assuming anyone that wants a remotley challenging Guitar Hero game that doesn't consist of Popular S*** a "Forum Dweller" is an awefully bold statement.

I don't know, not many songs out of this Guitar Hero seem that good to me. One of the only ones on that set list that has me interested is Bohemian Rhapsody.
