yes this also delays the ps3 and 360 versions.
Gyp. If they wait too long to release this title on the 360 & PS3, I don't think it's going to have as much of an impact. This would have been the perfect summer package for console owners but if they think they won't release it until fall, then it will really probably hurt the sales of the console versions because fall is when the really hot titles start hittinng & HL2 will probably get overlooked, (even if it is a great bargain). What a shame.
So glad I have it on my PC though, HL2 is incredible.

Just this year? What about ever! I agree. The best deal ever. I still see either Valve or EA trying to split the package up or make it more expensive before it comes out. Something that seems too good to be true....usually is. :(

yeah that was good too.....but... Half-Life 2, Episode 1, Episode 2, Portals and Team Fortress 2 is a hell of a bundle for $60

I moved on.
This means, that by the time it IS released, we will be talking about a game that is 3 years old. I made it through 80% of the Xbox version and then stopped playing when I heard they were going to release it on the 360 (I wanted to keep the ending a surprise). Great game. Fun weapons, but will we really be hyped for this game with no HL2 multiplayer (Team Fortress isn't a HL2 multiplayer) and a few add-ons? Put the main game out now and release the other stuff through the marketplace.
