Half-Life 2 Orange Box

it seems like there is no hype for this game and most people know that each one of the games in the box will do well but it seems like know one cares and it might be the reason y i buy a new console? what gives?

Probably 60 bucks. I don't know if it has the original Half-Live, though. I've wondered that. Haven't seen anywhere mentioned that it did.musicalmac

It for the most part has been out on PC for almost 3 years now. Episode 1... for about 6 months... and Episode 2... coming soon.

I still need to pick up Episode 1, but I need a new CPU. A 3.06GHz P4 with HT should do me good. I am going to wait until Ep2, TF2 and Portal come out.

Maybie because its a port basically. And Half-Life 2 is getting rehashed constantly....Like Street Fighter II.Hyper-Chicken

To my knowledge this is how it is

Orange Box: Half Life 2, HL2: Episodes 1 and 2, Portal, and Team Fortress 2 - available on 360, ps3, and PC

Black Box: HL2 Episode 2, Portal and Team fortress - available on PC

Black box for me, and im very excited about it, but if you havent played HL2 before and you have 1 of the three mentioned platforms definetely pick up orange, as for price, Im not sure but my bet it less than 60.

Recenlty Valve added some advertisements in Counter-Strike. It's placed on walls and stuff where people can see. I don't really mind it all that much, but it does kill the mood of the game seeing an advertisement for Portal on the wall. Also that annoying 1-second lag at the beginning of every round.

We don't really need Orange Box. Just downloading Episode 2 gives you TF2 and Portal.

Most of us who wanted HL2 would've gotten by now.

i played the first one and i've wanted the second 1 forever but i didn't want to spend $2000 on a new computer to play it and i like console gameing more and with XBL its gonna be awesome!o0George0o

We're not idiots.  Google it if you don't believe me.

And they aren't just advertising their own games, that have a few ads for Dell aswell. And this is currently just a testing phase, they are going to put more in.

It is going to be the normal price for a 360 game.  The fact that it has basically 5 games on one is pretty crazy.  I would probably pay for each of these games seperatly.

haven't played Half-life 2 yet, so having TF2 and Portal thrown in is friggin' sw33t.

in other words, I'M GONNA BUY THAT DAY 1!!!!!!! 

Console for me because my comp wont handle ep.1 or 2 very well...
