halo 3 1080P just does it for me. This is better than a motion picture.

Obviously. But in order for consoles this gen to run at 1080P, they will have to sacrifice visual quality to acchieve it. Not a worthy trade off IMHO. Sports games and such might be able to pull it off, but the awesome games of this gen will all be in 720P.
