Halo 3 Beta graphics bad on purpose??

Do you guys think that the graphics might be bad on purpose so when they release the actual game the graphics will make you say wow?

No game has ever done that (that didnt end up getting delayed almost a year), and no developer would spend resources on so many assets they werent going to use.

Is it really so hard to admit that Halo 3 just looks above average?

And how do you know no game was in Halo3 state ever ? Not all games are shown to the public this early, the best you get are some target pics

And you HAVE the target pics of Halo 3, it was that real time trailer back then, THOSE are the graphics we will get in november, now the graphics are BETA, just that, everything can and will change
