Woah.

I was not that impressed w/ the E3 trailer and was only mildly pleased by previously released screens, but this video looks like a different game entirely. Even w/ the off-screen recording, you can really see how crisp the game looks and how vivid its textures are.

Of course, gameplay still looks like standard Halo fare, but I liked it before...

Where are the Halo bashers. Isn't there a rule that there are supposed to be at least 2 bashers in every Halo thread?waynehead895

Looks very nice, however, the second I saw the drop-ship ... I knew ... "oh great more of this wait around to be shot at with a bunch of little gremelins dropping outta the sky" ... there good enough? classic Halo ... yea your telling me.

And apparently the IMAX preview last night shown at least 30 brutes attacking an emplacement, so you sholdn't be waiting for the drop ship, nor should it be on the top of your priorities list :D

Bungie made it harder to shoot down the Phantoms, they said it was too easy at E3 so the Phantoms are going to stay in the air unless you rain some serious hurt onto them.

It's almost done, just that it doesn't seem to want to play it until it's fully streamed, and it's slowing down my Bioshock download. This just gets worse and worse... :cry:

The graphics are really crisp. As for the vid being boring... It was a little, because we saw next to nothing. Which I suppose is what Bungie asked of IGN. They're keeping it a secret until releasing it.musicalmac

Gears of war to me felt a little too lifeless imo, the world looked good but there wasnt much life to it. With Halo 3 everything looks vibrant and lively which is why I think it looks tons better than Gears, not to mention the vast size of the maps are dozens of sizes bigger than what Gears seems to have.
