Call of Duty 4 will be the FPS of the year , and the good thing is that its also on PS3 so I dont need to buy a 360 to play the FPS of the year.

COD4 looks like COD2 with less action, and you still can't drive vehicles when you want to.Give me a FPS with a bada$$ character, a awesome story, futuristic weapons, vehicles you get to actually control yourself over the yearly bland and dull COD4.jimmygrace

I doubt Crysis will get FPS GOTY..it will probably be like Far Cry..a pretty game with a decent story and crappy multiplayer..

Think about it through this perspective. Half Life 2 when launched did not have any multiplayer at all and it still beat Halo 2, multiplayer is a strong factor but a stronger singleplayer mode can balance things out.

Call of Duty 4 looks amazing, like jaw dropping really, and at 60 fps!! But I really can't wait to play Halo 3, a finish to a great story.

My bet is that Halo 3 will be good. Nothing astonishing, but good nonetheless. CoD 4 is shaping up to be a fun shooter. Again, though, I wasn't totally in awe.

UT 3 and Crysis have the greatest potential.

What was the point of getting a "high-end" PC if you hate mouse and keyboard controls and so on? And yes Call of Duty 2 was superior on the PC so the possibility for the PC to have the better version yet again is still there. Ugh, I made a bad choice for the 360, i have to pay for xbox live, I have to witness the three red lights MORE then ONCE and almost every decent 360 game will eventually go to the PC anyway..

So, your post is infuriating. I'm going on a little rant here. Please excuse poor grammer, punctuation, or organization.

Crysis doesn't require a 3k computer. 2000 including the moniter will do fine, which isn't much considering a 360 + a tv will cost you 2000, and it doesn't do half the things a pc does. What makes you think crysis has a subpar single player? head over to gametrailers and check out the walkthroughs, simply amazing. Ut3 also looks far superior to gears, haze, or halo3. Why would the 360 version be better? Worse controls? awesome. Worse online multiplayer which the game is focused on? awesome. Worse graphics? awesome. No Mods? again, awesome. Your right the 360 version is much better. Halo 3 looks as good as crysis? The 360 can't even do half the things crysis does, becuase it doesn't have the hardware for many dx10 gfx. Your saying Halo2 is better than half life 2? uh.... You called him a fanboy? This post is a comedy goldmine.
