Man, I love Halo. I can't wait to get it, but seriously. Why are hardcore Lemmings so impressed with the graphics. Halo's style is very comical in ways and not realistic. I love that style cuz it fits I guess.

The most impressive thing graphically are the lighting effects to me. And though this will be fixed, the animation were way too jerky.

Halo 3 = DOWNGRADE..... BIG TIME.

Halo 3 maybe still a blast to play and will prolly be a very fun and entertaining game.... but..... Its a total let down from what Bungie was hyping the graphics to be, and its obvious that hey doctored the **** out of those pics from the last E3. And for that, I don't think Bungie is any better than Jack Trenton, Gurilla Games, and Sony.

Maybe the cheif looks a little better, but everything else looked better in the new trailer to me

Yeah, it doesn't look even close to the E306 "in-engine" trailer. Go to bungie.net for more screens. That don't look that impressive at all. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Halo3 is going to be a bad game, I'm just saying that it's nowhere near the graphical quality that lemmings hyped it to be.

Halo 3 looked pretty bad in the video, and I watched the 720p video. So many other FPS's out there look better, even some multiplats.Chrono21X

from all the games I have seen COD4 is the best looking Console FPS game there is, I have heard alot about Haze, but I have seen no video's so I can't say. And Crysis is the best looking for PC.

I cant believe this is the halo single player!! I don't care how good the storyline is or the game play. with graphics like this i cant help but feel sad that one of the games i have been sure of since the game was confirmed that it was going to look awesome and just as good, if not better than the e3 trailer turns out looking like this!!!!! That crappy low res killzone 2 pic is more impressive than this. Why do devs always have to lie about there games, I'm sick of it.

Yup. Two months till the game release -- the graphics aren't going to go Crysis or anything. What you see is basically what you can expect.

I have no problems with you Halo fanboys getting excited about Halo 3, but Crysis DESTROYS it in every possible way graphically.

The textrues are vastly superior in Crysis, the effects like the realistic way the light shines through the leaves is far better, the lighting all around is far far better, the polygon count is a least 5x what you see in Halo 3 and the PHYSICS well compared to crysis Halo 3 really doesn't even have physics!

You can't knock down any trees let alone get a response when moving through a brush or anything like that or running over a building with a tank and what not. Then there's the draw distance which Crysis does better then any game ever, or what about the realistic bluring effects and how it gives a subtle but real looking blur to the distance, or how about the game real time weather effects and volumetric clouds? Did you see the storm in the alien fight on the carrier video?! Or how about the tornados that are going to be in the game.

In every concievable way Crysis is miles beyond Halo 3, the gap is so big I dare say theres as big as a difference graphically between Halo 3 and Crysis as there is Halo 2 and Gears of War. Quite simply Crysis is a whole Generation ahead of Halo 3 graphically.

We haven't even seen any gameplay trailer yet, however the you already seen Halo 3 graphics and it looks like a typical FPS.
