The devs of halo 3 have stated that they do not have 1 single line of code written for the a PC version of halo
that means at least a year and a half of development if they started right after the release of Halo
you would be lucky to play Halo on PC when Windows Ironhorse comes out.

GS AU: What can you tell us about a possible PC version of the game?
FO: I can tell you for a fact that there's not one line of code written for a PC version at this point. We're not working on it, Microsoft hasn't even chatted to us about it yet. They realise the important thing is to get the 360 version at this point.
GS Interview
It will go to the PC though I would prefer it stay with the 360. All the good games eventually go to the PC and it's a bit annoying. DA_B0MBWhy is that annoying?
Why would i care.:|ELJUDEZ
Half the people here won't care about half the the things posted. Do they ask "Why would I care?" or other things close enough to be considered trolling?
I would like that. The reason why I purchased my Xbox 360 in the first place was for Halo 3, but I would still purchase it on the PC in addition to the Xbox 360 if it had a reasonable amount of additional content. smokeydabear076
Nah, for me I would only buy one version( Most likely for 360), as long as I could play it I'm fine :)

Why? If PC gamers want to waste their money on anew computer and or new video card and memory card to play a few games let them. No sweat off my back....

No bias in that poat. Waste money? By that logic we all waste money. Few games? More AAA and AA than all the consoles last gen.

halo's graphics dont warrant buying a new card, its pretty easy to tell that a decent modern graphics card could run it.

Just to clarify, they most likely have thousandsof lines of code ready for a PC version, whether they've started the port is different. It's not like they sit down and start coding from scratch again, considering platform similarities we're talking about a great deal of reuse.
It will happentaikthebate
it will. and anime is not only for children. western people connect it to western cartoons, because they are drawn similarly, western cartoons are made mostly for children. anime is like regular tv in japan. you gotta open your mind.

ehhh, you could say that about any game, besides you can't develop games using consoles
lol thats ironic without PCs, consoles wouldnt existbecause there would be no way to develop games for them.

I know you need anSDK and use a PC to develop. That's common knowledge. I was just clarifying that what they claim (or what you state they claim) isn't true at all.
