They wont though. Not for a good many years at least. They didn't want to make halo 3 right away. They wanted to start work on an old game called phoenix, but they thought it wrong to keep the fans waiting so long for halo 3 after 2's cliffhanger ending.

They said that they weren't announcing what they were working on, as they always do. Frankie didn't tell anyone what they were working on in the weekly updates, every week since Halo 2 launched right up until halo 3 was announced at E3.

It has two frame buffers. They simply render the image in a unique way. When the game is placed side by side with the normal 1 frame buffer at 720p, it is impossible to tell the difference.

there might not be a halo4, but there will definitely be a game made by bungie set in the halo universe, and they will make it clear to everyone that its based around halo.

i thought the 3rd one was domb it didnt even have that great of graphics and it only had a small gameplay they shouldnt make a 4th i am not going to buy it after the 3rdjason13253

The graphics were good, and i have no idea what you mean by "small gameplay", do you mean a short campaign? it has a longer ampaign than alot of games like gears of war and lair, it was also a huge improvement over halo 2 with lots of interesting environments and good A.I, and then there is forge, mp and the theater. The last thing halo 3 suffers from is "short gameplay"...

They will make their other project. Whatever the hell it is. I just think it's rediculous that you think they're enslaved and forced to work on more halo games by Microsoft.

They dont even have microsoft support staff working for them like all of the other microsoft games. Heck, even Epic did with gears of war.

They've always said how they're operating under the independent model and i think they are.

It made sense for them to make Halo 3. It's the last one, you left your fans with a horrible cliff hanger ending, there's a new console coming out. Finish it off.

Halo 3 ended the story. To make a halo 4, they'd have to start a whole new one. And they may do, but not right now.
