Halo is now truly the "Mario" of Microsoft.

Halo Wars, Halo Chronicles, and Halo: UNSC Squad game are all spinoffs. This makes the Halo franchise relatively on the level of Mario, doing spinnoffs that sell well (albiet not as well as Halo 3 or Mario Galaxy).

Now Both Nintendo and MS have a flagship franchise that can successfully make spinnoffs (we all know these Halo spinoffs will at least break a million). Shame Sony doesnt have one of their own.

It's funny that Sony still has no mascot. They had Crash Bandicoot, and that went to hell.

Sega as a console manufacturer had Sonic.

You would think after 3 gens and a handheld that Sony would invent a mascot already.

PS2 had Jak and Daxter

PS3 has... if history repeats itself the mascot would be in the hands of Naughty Dog but Drake isn't much of a mascot. My guess is R&C can pull it off or the creators from LBP do something although not using the same IP.

I'd totally play a Halo Kart. It would be chibi marines in a chibi warthog driving around in even more colorful enviroments and upgrades that would give you oversheild for your kart, and like a rocket launcher upgrade to turn your warthog into like Halo 1 and you can shoot rockets. Awwww it would be awesome!

Why don't you just race in Halo 3? There's some really good race maps where players made it through forge.:P
