Halo is shaping up to be fruit-tastic.

Just did this on Infinite, and whooped like a little kid. The game is still bug ridden, but I expect most of them to be ironed out before launch….heck, even fruit explodes to make Cows happy….

Anyone else enjoying the demo?

I haven't played the demo but it looks like Halo is trending with its old school formula.

I like it, tho I think Battlefield is looking like the must play multiplayer of this holiday

Definitely getting both….but I’m more worried about bf being more like COD than bf. With 128 players, I just hope it’s not a kill, die, respawn experience.

Halo has always been about the MP. A good SP would be a bonus, as long as the MP is good.

DO you remember what happened with Halo 5? 343 went the other way and teased the campaign like crazy. It resulted in a mess of confusion and expectation of what the campaign will be about.

Ultimately people were quite upset with the whole ordeal. This time they're keeping the story close to their chest and honestly, this is much better than how they handled Halo 5.

Halo Infinite mp is better than anything Halo before this.

I'd say it's about 50:50.

A good singleplayer campaign is a solid part of the Halo experience.

Historically, at least; this game might try to change that.

@sealionact: I haven’t been having any bug issues in this build.

There’s been loads reported, like the mini warthog and if you look at the known issues it’s quite a list. Hasn’t spoilt my enjoyment of it, and as it stands it’s a hell of a lot of fun.

Probably I won't pay much attention to MP once it's out since I'm not much into online gaming, but what I've played this weekend it's really really good.

Its a beta. They need to load test the MP much more than test the SP. That can be tested by anyone. I'm enjoying the game

Eh, it was just ok for me. Got bored quickly. It's gonna have a lot of competition for multiplayer action like Battlefield 2042 and Destiny 2. I mention the latter because Infinite is trying to be like that game with capturing a, b and c points and having a free and premium battle pass etc.

Hopefully the full game will have more to offer, but right now it looks like I'll be spending more time with multiplayer in those other games.

Glad people seem to be liking it. But I feel a little let down so many people complained about the abilities added in Halo 5 like Spartan Dash and the Ground Pound, so they were removed from Halo Infinite to pander to the haters.

I'm skipping the betas but I will try it on PC when it launches. I hear PC has the most bugs atm.

Yeah been playing it all weekend, loving it!! most fun Halo MP since Halo 3 imo.

The guns feel really good and unique, I have a few small gripes. (I don't like how short range the radar is now) But for the most part its been a blast! Vehicles feel awesome, gunplay feels great, overall I've been very happy with it and I've been really critical of halo since Halo 1-3.

BUT YOOO ASSAULT RIFLE IS ACTUALLY A WELL ROUNDED WEAPON

I don't get it, people are posting these with their mouth wide open and ready for a bj in their thumbnails, but there is nothing impressive whatsoever in these grapples. No trick shots or anything, just grappling to a flying vehicle. Wtf. Have these people never played a video game with a grappling hook or something? But at least some have done something worth watching.

@hardwenzen: the gameplay is great, that's all that matters. Graphics and trick shots are all cool but people are just having fun playing this man. It plays well, solid. Nobody was expecting it to be graphics king its Halo

That is not what i am talking about. People are creating videos where they grapple into a vehicle, scream in their vid like they headshoted somebody in a helicopter 1500meters away. Nothing is happening in those grapple hook vids. Its like they never played a game that had a grapple hook in it, so simpling grappling a wall is OMFG INCREDIBLE 10/10 MASTERPIECE. What a joke.

ah yeah i get what your saying now, it isn't a new mechanic, we had it in games like Just Cause, it is neat mechanic in MP matches though, adds some nice verticality when fighting on the maps. Infinite has some really nice movement in the MP. Having something on the map that allows you to go from bottom level to top level, or across the entire map in 1-3 seconds makes for some pretty nice set ups in the MP and Its fun to use.

I get what your saying about the hijacking tho, its a built in mechanic, if you grapple a moving vehicle you highjack it, its not crazy skillful or anything to brag about.

Nothing to do with fun. People are posting random grapple hooks to whatever is in the map, and are screaming like they won a million. Monkey behavior.

I have informed Twitter to stop people from uploading videos of themselves having fun while playing Halo. At first they weren't very receptive but I showed them Hardwenzen's posts and they said they'll act immediately!

Their love and devotion to their piece of Asian plastic to the point they have to shit on a game by a competitor is pretty weak.

Like I said before - cows lose their sh!tover Halo games. They will spend hours meticulously watching every gameplay video, looking for anything they can use to negatively spam the internet with. If they can't, they'll make fake videos of zoomed in images at low resolutions to make it seem like there are graphics issues. I have seen this happen across every gen (from Halo 2 until now) and I have never seen it happen with any other exclusive game (at least, nowhere near this level).

i loved it and i'm not even a fan of MP but this game just feels good
