Halo or MGS? which is better.

I am just wondering.

I have a 360 and ps3 and I have played halo 3. It was Ok but was a disspointment for me. I have never played an MGS game bfore but whenever I ask about it people say its either amazing, or rubbish.

So, who will it be? Master chief in his brightly coloured world of purple aliens? or Snake with his cigar and stealthy ways?

so halo is not as good then? I have not layed halo online, but i hear COD4 is waay better online. and that forge is not that good.

MGS3 online was pretty fun.

MGS deffinately. Halo is just another basic fps with high production. MGS has much more personality and gives you a gaming expirence that can't be duplicated. Silenthps

thought so. The single player was not that good so I did not expect much from the multiplayer.

Halo 1= Awesome, the reason I bought an Xbox

Halo 2= Made it for the quick money and it showed

Halo 3= Not as good as Halo 1 but good with some interesting additions

MGS= Classic, must play title, one of the best one the PS1

MGS 2= Someone was on drugs when they made this. Not very good and slightly gay.

MGS 3= Tries to recapture the spirit of the original and almost succeeds. Still not as good as MGS but not bad.

MGS4 online is looking promising.

MGS Series is better, totally different game tho.

COD4 online IS AWSOME ,campain is good too tho.

Halo isn't that good, it just shows you what a huge marketing budget can do for you.

all of the metal gears have a great story...reason enuff to play the game. they all have the type of story that makes you want to see what happen next. if you are thinking about buying msg4 and you havent played the other 3, then you wont get the story.

with halo, if you play 1, then you have played them all. the online is wack. its just like urreal, you have people that want to jump around the srceen all game. who has time for all of that.
