By this logic, FF13 , MGS4 are unproven ...

but the fact is the following are VERY VERY unproven:

Heavenley Sword / Lair & the biggest unproven of all KILLZONE 2.

only one mil? that means approx. 1 out of 11-12 people with a 360 have a preorder. Not bad, but definately not as much as some of what was expected. (I seem to remember one short-circuited fanboy claiming 30 mil)

Whilst Halo 3 could possibly reach 4-6 mil (with a maximum of around 8 mil) by the end of this year.. I highly doubt *every* 360 owner will want halo 3. I could definitely be wrong, but I think these numbers sound pretty reasonable.

Not everyone likes Halo, or shooters. and not everyone will buy the game new (i'm sure some will even just rent it).

Considering the caliber of developers that are behind those two games, I wouldn't burst out anything like that without going through some serious thinking :|

I see you added a (slightly poorly-worded) poll.

I went with no way... due to the simple fact that it *is* Halo 3. and I consider flopping as not selling. Halo 3 will definately sell well. It's like when you drop a chicken leg into a pen of hungry lions. They are all going to swarm for it. I think this is one of the reasons we will see a large number of sales for Warhawk and Lair.
