but crossing MC and Samus would bring Samus down... you should just have MC stand aside and let Samus kill all the aliens as well as the space pirates

You should stick to graphic design and not game design though.

I think it looks pretty good. If you can, you should try and make the beam canon and, well just everything that's Samus gritty and less shiny. It doesn't fit with the Chief's suit all that much, so if you can add grain and stuff to match it would look even better :)

The logo looks really nice, it's a little too big though. And her left arm looks messed up (NOT the one with the arm cannon), but still pretty awesome overall.
