Not me, I don't find Horror games frightening.

I might have to resort to the internet to find it at a reasonable price.

Fatal Frame 1 and 2 are the only games that I actually was scared of playing, for 3 reasons
1. I hate ghosts
2. The rooms where often quiet and had a feeling in it that made you want to turn off the console
3. Little asian girls scare the hell out of us
Doom 64.
I dont know why, but scary games today cant match what Doom 64 did to me. Pretty damn terrifying game.
Honestly, I got very uneven one time when I first played F.E.A.R. 2 and walked into one of the bathrooms... I think it was only in the game's demo, actually. I walked into this one bathroom and I opened up the stalls... I wasn't expecting anything, but when I opened the bathroom stalls, the main door suddenly slammed shut and the lights went pitch black... Of all things, that freaked me out in the game. I was expecting something to pop out and freak me out, and that just made me feel creeped out. Ultimately, I finally realized nothing else was happening so I just exited the bathroom -- but man, little things like that can get me more than having aliens or freaky little girls popping up in my face every couple of minutes.

I think the first one is scarier

It's only $20 at Gamestop with no shipping, and I just happened to check and see that there's a copy about ten miles from my college.

Slashkice
If you don't mind ordering online Game Quest has the entire trilogy new for $99.
That's for the link, but further investigation revealed to me something amazing: the same Gamestop seems to currently have all three of them in stock used, and they're only $20 each. Getting the trilogy for $60 is a steal!I suck at not being scared by horror games. Unless they're Resident Evil.InsaneBasuraWhen I was younger and Metal Gear Solid had not even quite been released yet on the PS1, I had a disc with a demo, and the sheer tension was terrifying to me at the time.
Not really.
Silent hill 3 is extremely terrifying said for the some of the monster.sAnimal-MotherSH3 was not that scary compared to the others. Most of what makes you run scared is the fact that there's an excessive number of monsters thrown at you. The school and those children>SH3 monsters.
Siren Blood Curse. Especially in first person view. The lighting is phenomenal.

Unfortunately it didn't get a US release. It got a Japanese, European, and Australian release, but no US release. Actually it did, just no disc release. It's on PSN. Siren 2 never did get released in the US though. The Fatal Frame games were pretty scary. The scariest game I've ever played is actually Demon's Souls even though it's not really meant to be a horror game. It wasn't just the atmosphere but also knowing that if you die, you'll really be punished. It makes you fear for your life.
