Anyone else noticed that sheep jump on the bandwagon and hype games all the time like they're going to be the most amazing thing ever then when they flop(which they usually do) sheep just stop talking about them and act like they never existed or they never hyped them... Like Madworld for example. A little over a month ago every other sheep related topic had "Madworld" somewhere in the title, now sheep act like the game never existed and are trying to move on to find the next floptastic game to hype(i.e. The Conduit). I'm sorry, but I just don't get it sheep... what are you really trying to accomplish by hyping all of these random third party games? Did you guys finally realize that Nintendo has given up on you and moved on to putting the casuals first? So now you're going to hype every half-decent looking third party games like they're the second coming? Has it been that long since you guys got a AAAE that you forgot what AAAEs are like and don't know which games to hype and which ones not to? Let's hear it sheep. What's going on with you lately. BTW this topic is directed towards Wii-only sheep, I don't want to hear from people that just have a Wii for Mario Galaxy and Metroid Prime Corruption and are happy with those two games but play games on other consoles to pass the time between first party nintendo games... I want to hear from the Wii only sheep that have had to deal with every day of the bs Nintendo's been giving them lately and nothing more.
MadWorld was a great game, but it only lasted around 5 hours. The next games that people can look forward to are Excitebots, punch out and Little King's Story (Thats April and May) - June is The Conduit (IMO, looks bad) - July is Muramasa: The Demon Blade. since the beginning of the year Wii owners have been getting great third party titles -- and its continuing -- I'm not a "Wii-only" owner, but Wii is the console I play most between my 360 and Wii.

I'm PS3-only owner and I bring up Haze and Lair all the time as examples of PS3 flops. They're horrible games and I never hyped them, but realizing that they WERE hyped by PS3 fanboys at one point in time I admit defeat when it comes to them. In fact, I think Haze and Lair get brought up more than any other flops this gen... so don't go there. Those 2 games get brought up 10x more than Madworld, Resident Evil:UC, Sonic And The Black Knight(YES SOME SHEEP ACTUALLY DID HYPE THIS SO STFU), Tenchu, Disaster:Day Of Crisis, Bleach, Zack And Wiki, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Wii, Red Steel, Far Cry Vengeance, Excitetruck, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc. So many flops, so little time. Funny part is look how long Lair and Haze have been out? They were the PS3's last big flops and look how long ago they were... yet they STILL get brought up to this day, that's pretty sad if you ask me.

Yeah of course. I mean it's not like the Wii has had a Game of the Year or anything. All systems have flops. You just either (A) have a different meaning for the term than everyone else here, or (B) you're unable to recognize anything as a flop unless it's on a Nintendo platform.

I don't really think that everybody substitutes a console with a handheld. consoles are home consoles and handhelds are portable gaming devices, nintendo is in both so to say nintendo over wii, or DS when only talking about one of the two is just wrong.

If you actually knew how to read entire posts you would have read the part where I explained that that's a good name for DS-only lovers, and it had nothing to do with you unless you're a DS-only lover. DS may be a "system" but it's technically a "handheld system", so until it loses the "handheld" prefix... it'll never be in the same class as consoles, thus relieving them of their need to bring up their games in topics that aren't about "handheld systems". :)

If your talking about Wii owners who wanted RE5, Street Fighter IV, GTAIV, etc to come out for the Wii -- they bought the wrong console.
If your talking about Wii owners who actually know why they bought the console, they are happy with games like Deadly Creatures, MadWorld, Little King's Story.
Since the end of last year till now there is enough software for Wii owners to play.
