has anyone turned their ps3 or 360 into a pc?

Just wondering which performs better? have you tried playing pc games on it after doing this? does it work and perform well?

Yes, I turned both of them into PC's last month, it took me the better half of 30 minutes. I found that the PC360 runs The Witcher and Empire: Total War better, but the PS3PC has it beat with Stalker and Crysis. Hope this helps!

i've been using a ps3 20gb with a ton of external hardrive running windows xp 64 for 3ds max 2009 and autodesk inventor 2009. it has better render times than my work PC....

i turned my 360 into pc and ran crysis, i was amazed by the performance, i was getting 120fps with all settings turned to highest. cant believe hermits get like 20fps from crysis running on medium on their $5000 pcs when you can get 360 for a lot cheaper and get better performance
