Has Call of Duty Dethroned Madden

Is Call of Duty the new king on the commercial stage? or is Madden still King

Madden will always outsell most everything because more people like playing football than shooting d00ds. And there is nothing wrong with this at all.

They are both Annual Games, due every year on the dot.

I think MADDEN is still bigger, but maybe you have a point. I'm more in tune with the COD crowd.

Well considering 2 different developers work on the CoD franchise at a time, its not really a yearly franchise. IW does a new game every 2-3 years, with Treyarch basically taking their coding, turning the Russians into Germans, and releasing a new game in between a new IW game.

And there is nothing wrong with annual games.

COD has been the king for a while. I mean, COD 4 sold 14 million copies. Madden seems to be lucky to push 7 or 8 in a year. Which is nothing to scoff at. Just saying. There are bigger games than Madden.

First of all, IW makes their Full COD games Two years on the dot since COD1, there is no Third year.:shock:

no 2K sports dethroned madden and it hasnt earned the crown back since... but in response to your comment i would say no because every year madden is a big deal (why i dont know) while COD has only been the ish in the past 2. but at this rate its WELL on its way....this years reserve rate for MW2 obviously tops anything thoughslvrraven9
