On advertising that is.....I mean every game commercial with EA has the playstation 3 logo at the end of it...I just watched the Batman AA commercial and it was for the PS3....I have not seen a 360 add in who knows how long....Sony is doing a good job of advertising right now or is it just MS doing a horrible job?

Im calling it right now...when Final Fantasy XIII nears release in NA there are going to be multiple commercials all dedicated to the 360 version, and no mention of the PS3 version...

Are you serious man?? The best has yet to come: Forza3, Halo ODST, Mass Effect 2, crackdown 2, Alan Wake, Splinter Cell Conviction, Halo Reach, Gears of War 3, etc.....Also they dont need advertising as much as Sony needs. Ppl already knows which console has most games ;)

Haven't noticed...maybe they feel like they don't need to advertise as much anymore?

oh I know all about the 360's greatness to come but I stillthink they need to advertise...there are still undecided folks out there

the one I saw was all bout the joker exclusivity and how it's only on PS3 and havent seen any other ad for it

Unless the MS in your title stands for Multiple Sclerosis they aren't even close to giving up.

Both have excluisve ads for Madden. PS3 has one for Batman / joker content obviously.

I would imgaine that both companies will get behind certain third party games like they always do. Maybe Sony gets behind Assassins Creed II with some additional ads because of the PSP game/connectivety ...... Microsoft likes to promote Rock Band so The Beatles is probably going to be one of their supported games.

They are writing too many cheques and have to cut back somewhere.

almost every single major 3rd party game has sold better in NA on the 360, to be frank M$ doesnt need to advertise. At this point sports games and 3rd party games selling better on the 360 is just natural. Luigi_The_Pimp

if they hadnt given up yet in this industry i suggest they do because lets face it their nothing more then the next sega minus the good games

lets look at what sega used to do , sit in 2nd place all the time went to third when sony entered went to 4th when xbox entered xbox and xbox 360 has been in 2nd so far , ,

the same pattern until some one new comes in and drops them down
