Honestly this gen has restored my faith in Nintendo, compared to the Wii-u and Wii systems which were a complete let down for me. They also saved E3 this year for me as well cause outside of 2077 there wasn't a lot of impressive games or games I would want to buy day 1.

They made a 3DS successor, which sells about the same as 3DS. They essentially bowed out of the "home console" space by building a tablet. But they have made a successful handheld successor which can also be docked and played on television as a slightly better than last gen console platform.

We need a minimum post rule of 500+ again.

Not to mention, SW doesn't have active mods anymore to monitor SW. 500 rules is useless without mods support.

The Switch is Wii all over again, minus the portable aspect. A system that everyone is buying... and its quite popular but... They released another system with sub-par hardware that can barely run most third party (console) ports having massive visual downgrades. And surprise surprise, it's biting them in the ass again in the long-run. Why did they abandon their two system per generation lineup? Going with this route has made a lot of compromises in the 'home console' part of it. The Switch is a decent portable system on its own otherwise.

VG Chartz isn't a reliable source. Stick with Nintendo's official figures :)
