Personally I have a 360, PS3, and I game on PC. However, it seems to me that PS3 is becoming more popular as of late. What do you guys think? My 360 is gathering a little dust as of late :)

If consoles only then yes PS3 all the way. If include PC then PC over ps3. I grow tired of 30FPS sometimes.
the 360 has much bigger library of critically acclaimed games, and that's a fact. :)
if the ps3 is the console of choice, its software sales wouldn't be as pathetic as it is now...

It's 5 Million less than 360, how is that pathetic :?
I stopped using my xbox 360 and my wii, for like 2 years. So i sold them. Then i started playing CSS on Pc....and it kept growing....and BOOM! Almost 200 games on steam. I stopped playing ps3 for about a year because of that, and a few weeks ago i sold it. So now, it looks like im going to say PC.kris9031998
Samething happened to me I wouldn't even give a single chuck if my Wii was thrown into a wood chipper but if I see a scratch on my PC things are going down.
All you need is PC and PS3, Xbox 360 is useless

OR
You could get a Xbox 360 and get 360/PC games + PS3/360 games + 360 games.
Not a bad deal, amirite?

Nah Xbox is total waste of money, you can get new console every 5 years with the money you pay for online play
I've been going with the PS1, PS2, and now PS3 so the PS3 is definitely my system of choice. However, I am interested in the XBOX 360, PC, and Wii because they have a lot of different games I'd like to play. For me it's all about the games regardless of what system they're on.
[QUOTE="ydnarrewop"]Interesting poll results so far :DSilverbond
No they aren't. The PS3 always wins polls here.
Would be interesting to see a true poll though, as MS has focused much less on first party core exclusives as of late.[QUOTE="KarateeeChop"]

Thats hardware sales, the funny thing is that software sales are practically identical on each platform so I have no idea what he is talking about. One of the things I like about Sony is that unlike Nintendo and M$, they dont focus less on there current console as the gen comes closer to a end, God Of war 2 released in 2007 and was a hit.
My Wii has been untouched for a while now... SS will change that.
My 360 has been receently used but not too much.
So yeah, PS3 is my console of choice which I spen equal time on along with my PC.
PC > PS3 > Wii > 360. I could live without the consoles, but I like the exclusives on PS3 and Wii, ESPIECIALLY PS3.
xbox360 is confirmed more powerful.YOYOigotAfro
They're exactly the same.. and both pale in comparison to any decent rig anyway.
PC for everything except exclusives (to answer the thread).

sony admited ps3 cant do cross game voice chat because it lacks memory on the cpu side. 360 confirmed more powerful. You don't understand what that statement was saying. Even if PS3 was 10x as powerful as 360, with 4x as much RAM, it wouldn't really matter. They set aside x amount for background OS functions, and whatever is left is what they tell Devs is available. Since voice chat was not included at the OS level, but rather included in the games that use it, there was no RAM set aside to use for OS-level chat. They could implement it, and tell devs that furture games had to use less RAM... except then games that were already made and used all the RAM that HAD been allocated to them would be unplayable. Doens't mean one system is more powerful than the other, just means one system had OS-level chat in mind when the designed it, and the other didn't. Still doesn't fully rule out the possibility of it in the future. If they redesigned the OS in a future firmware and manage to get a lower footprint, they could free up RAM for voice chat and still stay under the amount reserved. Whether it would be worth it or not is questionable.[QUOTE="SteamedBennet"][QUOTE="YOYOigotAfro"]xbox360 is confirmed more powerful.YOYOigotAfro
