Am i extremely dissapointed with PSN? Absolutely.
Am i done with it? No.
Not going to put information on it that isnt mandatory, if i see something i want on PSN i will buy the cards at a store.
I am pissed how people are still protecting sony even though their credit card details have been compromised.
No I'm just disappointed in them and will never complain about having to pay for xbox live again. I have changed my e-mail password and will take my credit card off PSN. I still love my PS3 and PSP and am looking forward to the NGP but i will never trust a Sony product with my card ever again.
I'm pretty sure they haven't been compromised.I am pissed how people are still protecting sony even though their credit card details have been compromised.

Your pissed? Why would you let others' feelings affect you personally? I'm disappointed in the hackers who did this, in Sony for not having a more secure network, and in the length of the downtime. But I have plenty of single player games and a 360 so waiting it out is not that big a deal to me. I know though that PSN will be back better and more secure though. Btw, I removed my credit card details right after GeoHotz released the master key because I knew there was a possibility of this happening. People just need to be more cautious with their important info online, with anyone, not just Sony.I am pissed how people are still protecting sony even though their credit card details have been compromised.

Posting in the sticky ain't that hard. :P
To answer your question, this is a major fail on Sony but this "losing faith and jumping ship" crap will die down the minute PSN is back up.
No. I haven't been on my PS3 for a while so I can't expierence the "Hate". But everything gets hacked.
Yep I won't be using it again, I would stop using any other service if they potentially lost my credit card details and did infact stop using a shop after an incident where our card was being used to buy mutliple top up vouchers for phones (took a month to sort that out right on top of christmas). If you plan on taking information like bank details you should at least make sure it is kept secure, I really don't understand how any of you can be defending Sony unless its just you are really young and don't even have bank accounts yet.

It probably would have still happened. Some signs are pointing to an inside job.
As for losing faith, no system is unhackable. If a human created it another human can break in to it.
Eventually. Remember how unhackable the PS3 itself was supposed to be?

I am sure many others feel just about the same way. Not sure about the PSN cards.
There is going to be so much more juicy stuff on the PSN in the future that people just cannot hold back on. I am contemplating buying a large chunk of content for my NGP primarily all on the PSN. It is still the case and, tbh not totally shredding account billing notes and using CC's at the market (when someone is looking over your shoulder) seems like a much easier target to theft compared to this situation. The data such as actual passwords are encrypted anyways.
