Have you played The Witcher 3? Finished it?

I played it when it first came out, but only got about 30 hours into it. I think I may have been overwhelmed by the amount of content lol. I definitely want to get back to it at some point. Would probably start over. What about you, SW? Played it? Finished it? Want to play it?

Yes, I have played it and finished it. I have not done either of the expansions, however, though I have them both. I may do them at some point.

I have the complete edition. I've played about 7 or 8 hours of the base game. I just can't get into it. It's just not very fun. Better than the Witcher 2 though.

Played this game since launch and now, I'm in my 4th play as we speak.

TBH, I always fall into the same trap with open world games. I get too easily distracted by every little thing, then the game starts feeling like it's dragging on and I end up getting bored of it and start wanting to play something else.

In fact, the only open world game I've not dropped before finishing recently was BotW, and that was probably because I was free to go to the end whenever I wanted, so I just did shrines and side stuff until I was ready to be done with the game.

I haven't played it and don't plan on it. I beat Witcher 1 & 2 though. Wasn't my thing but I gave it a shot.

Plan on buying it at some stage. Just didn't feel like I had the PC for it. Now that I feel like I do, budgetary constraints and other games got in the way.

I have Witcher 2 on the 360 that i need to play, and i have Witcher 3 GOTY on the XB1 that i have yet to start also.

Finished it on PS4. Just started again (15 hours-ish in) on my PC.

Do yourself a favour and get Hearts of Stone, it's an excellent expansion. Blood and Wine is great as well with a good story and setting.

Yes I finished it. One of the few RPG's I've ever finished. Brilliant story telling and one of the best open worlds in any game.

I got the game for the Xbox One when it first came out. Played it for awhile back then but set it aside when I was sidetracked with other games. I just finished the main game not that long ago then picked up both expansion packs when Microsoft had their Ultimate Summer Sale this year. Finished Hearts of Stone a few weeks ago and just finished Blood and Wine. It is a very long game with a ton of stuff to do. Excellent game overall but it does have some annoying aspects in the control mechanics that can make it a bit awkward and frustrating at times but it still is a great game and I enjoyed it quite a bit overall.

Yep, I have played it. I think I played around 40 - 50 hours? I was having fun with it but sadly, I never did complete the game. It eventually lost my interest over time. :/

Still enjoyed it while it lasted but certain things weren't there to keep me to the end.

Played it, enjoyed it enough to put a lot of hours into it. Ultimately got bored of the mediocre combat tho. Game lacks depth. Bitchin presentation, dope atmosphere, fun characters, but that gameplay has one too many short comings for me.

I put around 100 hours into the game and completed it. Great game and totally intend on playing through the expansions at some point.

I agree. its a mediocre game overall. the combat suck, the story is boring and only about gerralt of rivia finding ashen hair woman here and there, gerralt is too robotic, the traveling and horse riding is too boring.

Finished the game. Loved it! But i didn't played 2 expansion packs.

Nope. Got bored of the first after a while, quickly got bored with the second and don't really feel like playing the third.

It get boring once you reach velen and theres it become chore to play

its funny people bash ubisoft games but witcher 3 is same crap as far cry and assassins creed. except far cry 3 was much better game.

Completed completely. One of my favorite games of all time.

I enjoyed the game until Novigrad, then the pacing kind of went to shit and it became a slog to finish it.

Finished the main game including all of the sidequests. Didnt played any of the paid DLC. My second favorite game of the current gen only surpassed by Bloodborne and its tied with Dark Souls III wich is quite the achievement being that I'm an huge soulsborne fan

I tried to. But, I got bored with it 170 hours in. I just can't get immersed in 3rd-person games. I'm at the point where I'm supposed to talk to some factions and ask them to join for a big fight coming up.

I've had it since holidays 2015 and I still haven't touched it, I need to get on that... but I can say the same for a gazillion other games.

tried to play it multiple times. couldn't get through it.

When the combat started it was absolutely horrible, that i just wanted to hit the next cutscene. But then i realized i never watch cutscenes so i just try to ram through the cutscenes as fast as possible.

That repeats itself for about a few hours and then i quit to never get back on it again.
