From Wii to DS.

360 to PC. Still own my 360 though, wouldn't be worth selling TBH, I checked on eBay a 60GB used console doesn't go for enough; not worth the hassle. + Halo 4 is coming.

Bought a 360 in late 2008, sold it in June 2009, bought a PS3 in late 2009, it died, bought another on in July 2010 then it died in February this year now I bought a 360 with Kinect Special Edition bundle this past Monday.

Nope, always been a PC gamer, always will be. Though I am thinking of getting rid of my 360. I'm sorta stubborn when it comes to selling consoles since i have very few as it is. I have literally not touched my 360 is over 3 months. Hence, I wanna sell it. Not really a platform change but...

I have had a 360 the whole generation except when I got the RROD. Took me about 6 months to get another one cause I waited for the green halo 360 Then that one screwed up so I got a slim maybe a month later.

I got a PS3 at launch and sold it on Ebay. Got a used ont that would not play games unless they were installed on the HD. Got another one that LYOD on me after a few months. So i decided to eait. Got a slim and never player it so I traded it for a pool table but recently got another one and I have used it not stop.

Got a Wii and laughed and took it back. Girlfriend go a Wii and I modded it and it still never gets touched. I have tried like hell to sale it and no one will buy it. Than again the red one looks lame next to a TV.

Yes used to own a PS3. Saw the light and the greed and arrogance of Sony. Joined the Xbox Legion of Righteousness.

No why would I? If you go PS3/PC you have all the good games of all time. No good game has come out on any other platform.

Naturally most people would like to upgrade so they'll go from 360 to PS3. I just can't imagine why anyone would downgrade from PS3 to 360. That's like going from Ferrari to Hyundai.kuraimen

I have had a wii roughly since launch. Got a ps3 a little more than a year after launch and then bought a 360 this past january when gamestop was discounting the remaining holiday bundles. I'm glad I bought the 360 because my ps3 broke just a few weeks later and so I just sold off my ps3 games and stocked up on 360 games, so I guess you can say I switched from ps3 to 360 and have continuously played wii

I bought a 360 before PS3, but since 2009 its been used primarily as a DVD player. Heil68

Console wise I went from 360 to PS3.. but my main platform has always been PC. As for the wii.. it's been collecting dust for sometime now.

Oh boy, I've been REALLY impulsive with my consoles this gen, so I switched a ton :P

• - Started with Xbox 360
• - Sold 360, bought Wii
• - Bought DSi
• - Sold Wii and DSi, bought PS3
• - PS3 broke, sold it and bought Xbox 360
• - Bought Wii
• - Sold Xbox 360, bought 3DS
• - Sold PS3

- Currently have Wii and 3DS :P

I had Wii first and then I got a PS3. There was no switching going on. Both get equal play time from me with a slight edge towards Wii.

Ok I'll answer now

- Gaming PC died in 2008

- Got a 360 (it was an upgrade from my old rig built circa 2001 or so)

- I was flabbergasted at how good it was, really, my mouth was wide open, I never used consoles so I was surprised it was this good

- Started reading fanboy wars

- Got a PS3 and sold 360

- Decided PS3 sucks, gave it to a needy family

- Bought 360

- Built a budget PC around 2009 just for office stuff

- Popped in a 5770 to play a couple games

- Bought a PS3

- Almost sold the 360

- Almost sold the PS3

- Kept both

- Still playing Civ 5 on PC and everything else on 360

- PS3 collecting dust

I play alot of L4D which doesn't exist on PS3, Gears was pretty good, I enjoyed it. Looking forward to Trials Evolution.

In the grand scheme of things $40/year doesn't really count as a unit of money, I've spent more on sushi.

PC is better but my friends and relatives don't use it.

I don't think consoles can satisfy me in the long run but for now, for this year, I'm having a blast so far.

Built my first PC in 2005ish, and ever since I have actually grown to be pretty much exclusively a PC gamer whereas back in 2005 I was actually still big on consoles.

I got a DS and PSP on their launch dates (sold them both last years), my household has a Wii that I don't use, and I have a PS3 that I regretably. I should have gotten a 360, but didn't because my friends already have them, and I decided I'd try to add some variety to the mix, but the PS3 just sucks.

As for now I game pretty exclusively on my PC, as I said, but I'm keeping my eye on the 3DS, Vita, and Wii U because they seem interesting enough so far, but I'm not sold on any of them quite yet.

I switched from PS2 to Xbox last gen (didn't sell ps2 but Xbox became my preferred system). I bought PSP at launch, sold it few months later and rebought it couple years later.

wii -> xbox360 -> PS3

I own a Mac not sure were that fits in.

Ds -> PSP -> PSPgo

I still have them all though its not like I sold anything

From PC to PS3.. got tired of playing on the PC..

I always have several platforms I game on, so it's not really that simple. However, my gaming time is now primarily on the PC instead of my consoles.

I enjoy nabbing legacy consoles that I may have lost (or parents/siblings/roomates actually owned) after they get cheap enough, so I've done #3 quite a bit.

I own every console this/next-ish gen except Vita so far, so I haven't really switched. I play my sony consoles the least in general, with my 360 being played the most.
