Haze doing terrible in the uk

today was the uk release of haze, my manager ordered the bare minimum of haze, convinced that it wouldnt sell well.

i thought although its been getting poor scores, it would sell well due to all the hype, i said we should order twice as many.

well i was wrong, we did not sell ONE single copy today, we are the only games shop in a big town, and we did not sell one,

even terrible games like iron man or jumper sell ok on its release.

I thought maybe it was just us, so i went in to blockbuster and the girl who I occasionaly talk to said they sold about 2 or 3 copies.

This game has been advertised yes? its meant to be big yes?

Its not a bad game at all. It's an average game, but it's not bad.

Haze had the same problem that Timeshift had. It got pushed back so many times that by the time it came out, nobody cared anymore. Hell, I bought the stupid thing, but I haven't even put the disk in the PS3 yet. In fact I haven't even removed the plastic wrapping from the case.Opalescent

i know this term flys around gamespot a bit, but i heard the phrase "halo killer" many many times in the past month, so this doesnt make sensescottiescott238

Only people claiming that were dilusional fanboys. I thought the game would be better, but no where near being a Halo killer.

There are already a bunch of Halo killers, Half Life, Unreal, and Call of Duty 4, just to name a few.

half life and unreal were out before halo 3 , so they should not be considered halo killers,for the fact that halo was not around to kill when they came out, COD 4 is good, but too easy and has a terrible ranking system, not much variation either.

Its only my opinion of course, i get quite fanboyish about halo3 ,il defend it to my death :D its a game i enjoy more than any other

Its a fun game, but as far as FPSs go there are quite a few better ones out there. I like Halo and it has a really fun multiplayer, but as far as multiplayer FPSs go, it won't ever dethrone Counter Strike

I stand by my opinon of the game being OK. Not terrible, but OK. black_awpN1

I agree with Gamespots score more than IGNs. I don't know why Jeff Haynes rated it so low. I would say a 6.0-6.5 at the highest.

I think it is on par with Turok which I felt was overrated.

Exactly, but Fanboys are making it out to be the Worst game ever, wehn its definetly not by any means.
