The only controller i've seen so far was a Sixaxis used when showing the game to the journalists.

Actually, i just saw the part you were talking about. It's a Sixaxis with light from the window reflecting off of it. It's fuzzed out, just like the Sixaxis in the previous shot, so that the PS symbol doesn't show. They'd have to license the use of that symbol for this video if it was actually shown.

Not too mention Assassin's Creed was originally announced as Project Assassin running on 360 hardware. People just didn't realize that they were the same game, so they assumed AC was ps3 exclusive.

Why doesn't Ubisoft open their damn mouth and explain what they're doing once in a while? I swear to God, do we have to guess about when we're getting games, what platforms they are/are not going to be on, everything else?

It sucks to be on a 360 and say "okay, am I getting it, am I not getting it, am I getting it? Oh! I'm getting it!" *Preorder* "Oh, I'm not getting it. S*****! S*****!"

It's just like Ubisoft with Rainbow Six and GRAW 2. "They're coming out in March. JK! They're coming out in May. JK AGAIN!"

PS3 definitely deserves it at this point, as it needs a few more exclusive quality shooters, whereas another shooter is the last thing the 360 needs.ironcreed

ps3 OWNERS deserve exclusives. they've been very patient. i would like it if they optimized this game forn PS3.

From the video, it seems that they haven't even begun working on non-PS3 versions of the game (pc OR 360). Everyone was using Sixaxises when testing the game out on their PCs, and a pc w/ Sixaxis was used to demo the game to journalists. I didn't even see a 360 in the entire video (but I did see a green gamecube :P ).

The thing is...if a developer starts porting to a platform, they have already invested a lot of money in starting to do so. It makes no sense for them to give up, especially with a user base as large and eager to buy games as the 360s is. I don't really understand what's going on to be honest.

Sounds like a good idea, spread the good games around so it gives you a reason to buy multiple system if you want.

I got Black, Timesplitters 2 and Kill.Switch all for the PS2 when I already had an XBOX because I wanted a reason to hold on to the Sony machine (but then I picked up SOTC and realised I'd spill blood before letting go of it anyway, all-time priceless classic). I don't regret it at all, the exclusives on XBOX were still awesome.

Does anyone know if Ubisoft has started making Haze on the xbox360...are there any game play videos of it for the xbox360? I'm just curious because if there are no game play videos of it on the xbox360 than I'm going to believe this rumor even more.

Even though Ubisoft is just the publisher of Haze, and not the developers, I agree. They also owe the PS3 for making Splinter Cell Conviction 360 exclusive as well. I will still be able to get it of course, as I have a 360 as well, but I would rather have it on PS3 myself. As I personally favor the PS3 more.

It's Ubisoft so don't count on it. It's going to be on the PC at least so it's not exclusive. ;)

I have been following Haze very closesly for a long time, and have gathered a lot of info on it. But even I have to say it's very confusing. I think everybody has to keep in mid Ubisoft's comment when they announced the release dates. "PS3 is the only confirmed platform." BUT, they said that after the 360 and PC versions were dated a week after the PS3 version.

This could mean one of 2 things.

1. For some reason they are trying to get everyone to think Haze a PS3 exclusive. But plan on actually announcing the 360 and PC versions after November 23rd.

2. The 360 and PC versions of Haze really were canceled, but either someone didn't know, or someone didn't double-check the final release date list before trhey sent it out.

I don't know which one to believe, but I think everything will be revealed at E3.

If the Playstation 3 was the lead platform, it's not really going to make a huge difference whether the 360 or the PC versions exist or not, they're going to mirror the Playstation version, plus or minus rumble or some resolution and antialiasing additions.

You're the only person I've seen that actually acquires and holds the badge "fanboy" like a mark of honor, but if you don't mind it, that's cool, just don't expect anybody to take you seriously.

This is actually pretty cool, I'd like to have an exclusive game from Ubi for once. I was hoping that Haze ISN'T the IP they mentioned would be PS3 exclusive, though, because I wanted a brand new game, but I'll take what I can get with these guys (not the developers, they seem okay, specifically Ubisoft, the publisher).

Well, In May all that they had was a PS3 demo of the game. From the video, it seemed like they weren't even thinking about the other version of the game yet, much less developing them.

Also, in May all that was known was that the game was a timed exclusive of some sort, and the UKUbisoft website only had the PS3 logo on it (Free Radical is from the UK), though the US website had PC/360/PS3 on it.

It seems that they are only working on the ps3 version, andthat they have yet to decide whether it will go to other platforms or not.

What's the point of paying a company to keep mum about a version of the game on a rival platform if people are going to find out about it eventually anyway?

It's already been in development for the 360 and PC, I guess it would make sense for them to throw millions out the window in favor of it being a PS3 exclusive
