Heavenly Sword: 10/10 and 7/10

so far, from the reviews I've seen, Heavenly Sword got a 10/10 from Play Magazine and a 7/10 from IGN UK. Hmmmm. this doesnt happen to often. usually reviews are around the same general area. What do you think the next score will be? personally i think IGN UK's will be the lowest because when i played the demo it was great so i cant see it doing to badly. Also, IGN Uk's score doesn't really count because it isn't from an American publication. Games fair differently with different cultures. one part of the world may enjoy certain types of games while another part may not.Zero5000X

ROFL doesn't count cuz it's not american. Yeah, until Famitsu gives FFXIII a 40/40.

Play magazine has an average review score of 9.1 according to gamerankings. That means that Heavenly sword is just above average.

I think everyone is getting a little carried away by non-GS reviews right now.

Have to say I had doubts about HS (I bet against it getting AAA in the bet thread) but I didn't reckon it being that far off, fighters are my thing so its hard for me to judge. Still think everyone needs to relax and calm down till the GS reviews of ALL the games being are saying are flopping right now.

yes thats what i was trying to get acorss. IGN UK tends to give lower scores than IGN. Besides IGN UK doesn't count towards gamerankings.

this happens all of the time with play magazine, they are the worst major reviewers out there, they over rate almost everything. They give stuff like sonic for the PS3 something like an 8.5
