Heavenly Sword graphics > all 360 games

I doubt the 360 could handle the graphics in Heavenly Sword. To date, there is no 360 game that looks as good.Baurus_1

One thing about that game that you can't tell from screens is the ANIMATION is godly. It really is without rival for any games.

THe game does look great, and I do wish my 360 had eyecandy like that...but my 360 has more games for me to play, so thats okay.

I think Heavenly sword is one of the best looking games I've ever seen. I animation is incredible. The lems just hate cause they haven't played it.

Andy Sirkis did wonders with the facial animation.

I'll take gameplay over graphics any day of the week when it comes to action/fighting games.

COD 4? No... Gears of War? On par, HS has one on them because of the cinematic feel. Saying heavenly sword > all 360 games is just..... lol

true....COD4's graphics are overrated..i mean its gorgeous...but the textures are still not as sharp as it can be

COD 4 is the best looking console game available right now. Heavenly Sword is indeed gorgeous and it does nail the cinematic feel, but from a purely graphical standpoint, it can't match COD4.

gears is a joke now bczmostgood games beat it in graphics fanboys just keep the hype on and bring it up w/e they want.

COD4 is PURE hype and looks pretty bad when u compaire it to crysis/killzone2/FFXIII/bioshock/MGS4/wardevil/heavyrain/BF:BC/army of two/etc etc etc

though i will say now 360 has games (unreleased) that look better than HS, but then again by the time those come out PS3 will have better ones...360 will only have a chance if alan wake looks as good as it did when it ran on one of the worlds best gaming PCsonDX10

Bioshockownz bashing yet another PS3 game. Didn't see that coming. :roll:

Anyway to get on topic and say something actually worthwhile [gg on that] as beautiful as HS is /at times/ it is by no means without equal. On either the PS3 or the 360.

It ranges from good to average to down right amazing at times. A lot of the gameplay mechanics make the game look worse to me for some reason, and while the animation is generally some of the best I've seen it can look jerky at times.

Cutscenes have no equal however. Lighting is great to look at, however a little more variety would have been appreciated. Game also needs a smoother framerate, although Mass Effect seems to get off damn easy in this respect chugging along like it does. Heavenly Sword runs better than that. Surprisingly during the massive battles too.

I'd like to see what can be done with the sequel. If there will be one.
