Heavenly Sword was a step in this direction, yes, but it hardly covered the breadth and scope of story that Heavy Rain appears to be exploring. The Heavy Rain tech demo trumps anything in Heavenly Sword.

The only disappointing part was the end which was a complete joke.

WTF that game was awesome, the story was freaking incredible. That was the only game I have ever known where I could just sit and watch someone play because of the story.

You're misunderstanding me. I'm not hyping the game itself, I'm hyping the technology that is being implemented into the game. Maybe the game will suck, but it could be a big step toward garnering more mainstream and cultural attention to video games. If Quantic Dream can get people like Leonardo Dicaprio to lend their talents to the story, that would be a huge deal for the video game industry. I'm sorry you're not able to see that.

technology??... what capturing video?... and will they do ANYTHING interesting with it?. we'll have to see.

There is nothing to get hyped about other than a video you've seen where a the Uncanny valley was bigger than ever..

Agreed. Heavy Rain might be one of the best game out for the PS3 next year. I hope they will show more of the game soon.
