EDIT- In the review they mention that the game has similarities to Shenmue and the game's soundtrack is awesome , The various graphical environments are very successful and has a great story, that even after we finish it remains in our mind :cry:

Good i'm glad, I liked indigo prophecy and i'm going to rent this one too, i just hope it doesn't have the same shortcomings as IP did, and that was just the story being stretched so much. And the voice acting i've seen so far (especially in the mall footage) seems.... out of touch? like it's fake.

It's official if Eurogamer gave the game a "9". Heavy Rain has to be a great game. I did not see Eurogamer giving such a high score.

So you're trusting in a site that gave Infamous a 7, gave Fable 2 a 10, gave Dragon Age Origins a 6, Gave Borderlands DLC Underdome a 8(it got a 6 here), gave MGS4 an 8...Some of their reviews are absurd. That site isn't reliable.

well metacritic have 2 reviews gamingxp give a 92 , playstation official magazine u.k give a 90 , eurogamer fr. give a 9 , and I have seen 3 more reviews from unfamiliar sites that someone posted here all above 9 ...

Summarizing it all in my opinion this means that the game will be awesome in the end :D

Good. Hopefully the reviews from IGN and other high profile sites are just as good. We need more games like this so we get less churned out sequels like MW2. It seems that unless it has explosions, co-op or some other form of MP, it's "dull". No wonder we get war game clones, it's what the masses tell companies they want.

Eurogamer scores are way better than GS but they also got their hits misses but still even when they miss its not by a long shot unlike GS.

Every PS3 owner on this board better go out and buy it. Im tired of PS3 exclusives getting hyped to death, and then they sell like crap (relative to hype and userbase). Its starting to annoy me honestly. I will be getting it day one, and be asking everyone on here if they have it :P SolarEclipze

Since when 3 mils is crap most of PS3 exclusives sells about 2.5~3 mils copies thats more than enough.

Can't wait! That Mall gameplay scene has me really excited.

I think that's better stated. Sony should advertise this "game" as the first blu-ray interactive movie.

They might as well cause that's what it is. It may be worth a rent, but I'm not paying $60 for a game(interactive movie) that I'll beat once and never touch again. And most likely it'll be relatively short, no way will a game like that be long.
