This game is going to rule. It has excellent graphics and gameplay. The art sty.le is awesome and unique. And above all, the music is great. I've heard about the tiered online multiplayer. The solution to that is simple: don't get the elite subscription. The free play will still be fun. The game is from the creators of Diablo, afterall. Some videos. I'm certain this game will get a 9.5 or higher.
I haven't heard much but gameplay wise it'll be great, its being made by some of the guys who made Diablo. However based off of what Vandal said definitely AA unless they really do something spectacular with the gameplay.
Lemmings and Cows may apply, they are definately making a console port for this game but hermits don't have to worry because it'll be best on the PC. My hype is AAA fo sure.

That stinks. >_> You don't have to - there's free online more or less exactly like D2 (or Guild Wars), and an optional subscription service more akin to City of Heroes and its content updates. Not really 'better' stuff in pure numbers, just different and much cooler. And Hardcore and PVP are locked out to only subscribers, AFAIK. A lot of people are trying to spread the rumor that you have to pay to play online, for whatever reason.

Why not? The gave ES4 for 360 a 9.6, it was under-rated.
GS's history of reviewing RPGs is pathetic. ES4 is overrated if anything. ES4 having a higher score than Fallout 1 and 2 is a disgrace to RPGs. ES4 is a broken down casualized version of ES3.
And yeah, I figure mid/high AA. The bar is set pretty impossibly high on those sorts of games, just because there's so many little things that individual games have done right before.
The music is what really has me excited. It has Diablo-like strings for the slow atmospheric parts, then fast electric guitars for the action parts. The gameplay looks very interesting. From the videos, it looks like you can switch between fully 1st person to fully 3rd person. Neither view is just thrown in...they're optimized. I don't know why, but the control/movement reminds me alot of Unreal Championship (and that's not a bad thing).
Any reason for the score descrepency or are you just being your usual blind lemming self?
I say low to mid 8's - it will get reemed for the subscription fees, and rightfully so. Why would I pay every month for a Diablo clone? And in all probablility the elite players will have an obscene advantage so they can "gently encourage" subscriptions.

Um Oblivion averaged 94% at gamerankings. Fallout and Fallout 2 were are 91% and 86% respectivily. If your going to bash GS you have to bash the whole critic community.
