HELP! Ds or PSP! help me pick

So I got money for my birthday and I have enough for a ds or a psp,
problem is I cant decide :), Which has the better games, as thats all I really care about, that includes games out now and games coming out :) please help :)

they have game vidoes, user reviews and critic reviews.

i have both systems and i like both.

but the psp is like owning a portable ps2 with extras

and the ds is like owning a gba with a duel screen with a stick

I haven't played Diddy Kong racing but I heard online is pretty barren. I was happy with Mario Kart though.
