My friend has recently purchuased a PS3. ANd i have been looking at buyin one also. I just dont know if it is worth it no offense. i feel like im steppin into something that i have no clue about since i have a xbox360. i love the xbox 360 and its amazing capabilities. i bought a wii worst decision i made since it was terrible i dont wanna make that same mistake again. But i feel like its time to take a jump into another console. Please no fanboy advice that is the reason why i am posting a forum. I asked a gamestop employee that owns both systems and he sayhs the ps3 is garbage but he told me some lies that the ps has crappy graphics which is bs because evrything in the ps3 is more advanced then whats in the xbox360. my question is it worth the money whats some kool things about it what kinda bad things does it have and my biggest concern is multiplayer. thanx.
yeah i find it a good spot since i will be getting advice from either xbxs and ps3s if i post it under ps3 most likely pure fans and btw thanx for ur advice on the PS3
i would wait till e3 but gamestop has a sick deal with a 100 dollar price drop when u trade in a ps2 and 3 games i doubt the ps3 can drop their price any more than 400 with the tech inside they cant take away any more they already took away backwards compatibility and 2 slots which idc bout really
If you like your 360 you'll like a PS3. Personally I think you'll really like PS3 it's just like 360 except with a whole bunch of Sony exclusive games, blu-ray and a few other minor features.

same thing happened to me.
have a 360 that i love. Best friend got a ps3.I then also bought a ps3 to game with my friend and now i enjoy my ps3 more. Both systems are pretty much the same but the friend facter made my ps3 a great purchase.
as far as multi player, what the psn lacks in polish it more then makes up for it if you can game online with your close friends for free.

I admit I am giving my 360 more love due to Fallout 3 DLC but either way PS3 is great. Upgradable hard drive allows you to make it into a multimedia center. Blu-ray is great if you have an HD TV. The wireless. Free online Great sequels and some new IPS comin otu.
