Both series are mediocre. One being less mediocre than the other is nothing fanboys should be upset about.

I kind of think the STALKER reviews are justified. There's a lot of issues with the games that many people look past, but the reviewer has to get a general idea for everyone. If you ignore STALKER's problems, there's an amazing underlying game. Can the same be said for resistance?

Well I can't speak much, I only played a significant amount of the first Resistance, and only saw someone play a little bit of the second. That said, if you want to make that argument, I don't see why you shouldn't, they are in fact rated higher and going by the SW rules...

That said, Stalker has a lot of faults, and one of them is that it isn't an easy game to get into. Stuff like that bears a lot of weight in a review, and it should, after all, reviewers are evaluating a product for the general consumer.

Wait, can we swear on this forum? And to OP, lol just no. I've played Resistance 1 and it was one of the worst FPS I've ever played.

The only thing about bringing up Halo series in scores is that he could bring up the one title everyone wants to forget....

I've only played FoM, and it played pretty much like COD. Co Op and weaponary was the only thing I liked, everything else was mediocre. Comparing it to Stalker is like comparing Two Worlds to Skyrim.
