50% of hermits run games with a dual core processor~! LOL!! PS4 kickin' it with EIGHT cores

66% of hermits have LESS then 2GBs of GDDR5

only 2.31% have 3GBs fo GDDR5 or more LOL!!! Killzone Shadowfall devs confirmed their game uses 3GBs of VRAM, So 98% of hermits couldnt run it the same as the PS4 without cuts! LOL! 8GBs GDDR5 FTW!

5% or less of hermits actually have hardware as stout as PS4's. The other 95% hang onto the coat tails of the 5% who can afford to waste thousands on "high end" graphics cards etc to get a few more frames and resolution then the PS4.

Consoles for life! PC gaming is dead, check out the pathetic selection at any brick and motar store! The only thing there is 15 WoW expansion packs, Flight Simulator 98 and Age of Empires II!

I think TC fails to tell the difference between someone WHO has a pc and a Hermit. You know those 5% or 20+ million, right? they are likely the hermits, and those 5% dwarfs the PS4 userbase by a Whole lot.

Most of those dualcores are better than a 8 core mobile shit that PS4 has for CPU.

Really sad thing is that most of those 1GB gpus hermits have play games at ps4 quality. Some of them play BF4 at 1080p and 45+fps.

2GB or more of GDDR5: 20%

6GB or more of DDR3: some 40%

is translated into 1%. According to this stats at least 20% have high end PCs. And at least another 20% match PS4 quality.

In real world, you know, ruled by logic, if a sample of the population shows a 20% of high end PCs, then it`s assumed that the whole population has some 20% of high end pcs. This is how usually statistics and estimations work.

there is only a good 5 people on here (SW) with a high end PC. the rest of the phonies have a Dell desktop PC who like to think they are part of the hermit "master race".

well when you move out of Mommy and Daddys house and have to pay your own Bills you will see Running 3 high-end PC's will UP the Cost on your Con-Ed bill.

What consolites like the TC don't understand(or ignore to make dumb threads) is the CPU cores aren't all created equal. PS4 may be 8 cores, but run at what 1.6ghz? My computer is a i74770k quad core with HT(for consolites that means can run two threads on each core) that all run at 3.5ghz and I can overclock much higher when needed. Most good quad core cpus will crush both ps4 and xb1 cpus.

I wouldn't count people with $500 dell's as "Hermits". The people on this forum like myself into PC gaming mostly have quite capable gaming PCs. I also have xb1, ps4, xb360, ps3, vita, and 3ds. I love them all, but this argument on pc gaming is just old, tired, and dumb.

I've been gaming for a while now and I've been on GS for almost the same time....Since the beggining people have been screaming that PC gaming is dying, especially when new consoles come out. I've seen 4 console generations and during those 4 gens PC was dying, ALWAYS. Still alive.
