Hate is a strong word, as I reserve that for godawful abominations of gaming that are barely playable, such as Carmageddon 64. My user review on it is basically one long testiment of its crappiness, so I won't bother repeating all that here. I've already given it more attention than it deserves.
An easy one to strongly dislike is MW2, specifically the single player. I know the CoD series in general isn't very interesting campaign-wise (although CoD2 was pretty cool), but MW2 just took the damn cake. I'm just so tired of the popcorn violence, whether it manifests itself as overly simplistic arcade gameplay or in the form as a ridiculously craptastic story that is filled with self-congratulatory macho **** rethoric that more Western game designers seem to be obsessed with these days. The gameitself is just a retarded shooting gallery with dumb enemies standing out in the open in very dull, uninspired and conservative environments that only very rarely allow you to even set a foot outside of the path set by invisible walls and death traps. As if all of that wasn't enough, your screen gets covered in raspberry everytime you get hit. It's like playing Mario Kart with permanent Blooper ink on your screen. I'd mention the short length, but it's probably a pro in this case, seeing as the boring, uninspired gameplay is hard to endure.
