They also did the crash games(the good ones),J&D series and now uncharted. So they have done alot.

Even though a statement like that is technically true, it's far from being just "above average"...it's one of the best games released this gen and that's saying a lot...How is it not "the next big thing"? What game in the near future will be able to out score it?

When I use the term the next big thing Im talking about a game that does something either perfect or new, which Uncharted 2 to my knowledge doesnt do.

Blizzard is what people can consider a remarkable company as they have created very well recieved games of uber quality.

The series ND have developed are above average, not outstanding.

How can a game be above average and not be outstanding?

As of what I am typing now Uncharted two has a score of 97 on metacritic out of 52 reviews.

All I am saying is that Naughty Dog has been an outstanding developer latley, and this is just my little way of saying thank you for the awesome game.

So in order to get a tribute and not be stupid the team must have AAA games across the bord? Also how "outstanding" a game is is subjective.

Hmm, that was actually a good watch. It shows a developer can make game's that many consider to be "crappy" and come back from it. Yet some were so quick to condemn Silicon Knights after a single miss.
